Today we went cycling with friends Bob and Joan. After a wonderful ride we went for lunch at Birchwood Dairy, and of course topped off a great lunch with a nice big ice cream cone. None of us should be eating them, but the season for ice cream cones is almost over, so it's called, enjoy them while you can...

Bud and I cycled today, and went back to the Dairy for lunch and ice cream. We have been busy converting bedroom #2 into a den, and the sofabed finally arrived on Friday, after a long wait. Now we are busy hanging pictures and getting the room in shape. Looks pretty good, even with the brown walls, but they go so nicely with the teal sofabed.....they kind of grow on you....!
